Reporting to: Outlet Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Receive, process, and verify customer orders submitted by Regional Sales Supervisors.
•Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders, invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.
•Conduct client credit appraisal and continuously monitor management-approved credit limits in the system.
•Liaise with clients to resolve order queries and obtain any missing or unclear information.
•Coordinate with Materials, Dispatch, and Transport teams to ensure timely loading and delivery of customer orders.
•Provide timely account status updates and order progress reports to Regional Sales Supervisors.
•Follow up with the Finance team to confirm receipt of funds and proper receipting.
•Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Academic Qualification, Skills & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
•Self-motivated, well-organized, and customer focused.
•Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
•Flexible and able to meet deadlines, including working beyond normal hours when required.
