Reporting:Maintenance Manager

Supervising:Maintenance technicians, fabricators.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Develop, implement, and regularly update preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
•Plan, forecast, and control maintenance materials, including spare parts and consumables, to ensure uninterrupted operations.
•Monitor equipment performance and proactively advise management on potential failures and corrective actions.
•Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the Maintenance Department in troubleshooting and repairs.
•Execute preventive maintenance programs and coordinate rapid recovery actions during equipment breakdowns.
•Conduct and recommend periodic inspection, calibration, and maintenance of safety devices and measuring equipment in line with regulatory and company standards.
•Supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance staff to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with procedures.
•Enforce adherence to safety standards, ensuring the safety of maintenance personnel and machine operators at all times.
•Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and equipment history for management review.
•Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Academic Qualification, Skills & Experience:

•A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment.
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution of higher learning.
•Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and operation of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
•Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound engineering judgment.
•Proven ability to supervise and manage a large workforce effectively.
•Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively as both an independent contributor and a team player.
