Welcome to Roofings Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.roofingsgroup.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products or services from us. By accessing or using our Site and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases on our Site.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• We make every effort to display product information, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, errors may occur, and we do not guarantee that product details are free of inaccuracies.

• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

• All prices are listed in UGX and USD.

• All prices are Ex Works and are exclusive of applicable taxes as specified.

• We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, Pesapal, mobile money.

• By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

• Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

• We do not deliver goods.

• The buyer assumes all subsequent risks and costs, including loading, export procedures, transportation, import clearance, and final delivery to the destination

• We are not accepting any international orders.

• You can not cancel the order once the payment is processed. Please contact our customer care for more details.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days after cancelling the order.

• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Roofings Limited.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality.

• Provide false or misleading information when placing an order.

• Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased products.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roofings Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Kampala, Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kampala, Uganda.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
